We know the stress that comes from using ICS when it's not your core role. We've watched colleagues overwhelmed applying ICS during critical times, of wanting to do their best; but feeling like they don't know where to go or what to do. It's from these experiences, witnessed in the field and in Emergency Operations Centre's (EOC's) across most of Canda, both public and private organizations that led us to try and solve this problem. This membership site embodies all of the processes and terminology that we've all come to love and use when working in ICS. It's just like being at home with our membership site. All the same names, process and forms that you expect with a bit of panache now that it's offered digitally!
BC Emergency Mgmt System
If your organization resides and/or assists with incidents within the province of BC, then this membership site is for you. Focusing mostly on EOC activities, it's similar to the ICS site, but with its own checklists, job aids and terminology. Check it out!
Incident Mgmt System
Again, similar to BCEMS, this membership site only pertains to organizations within the province of Ontario. While the contents of this site are more closely aligned with ICS, there are those tiny points of differentiation that still occur and unique to this membership site.
Our interactive checklists keep staff focused on next steps, making it easier to step back into their role after breaks or any task switching that occurred.
Every position has job aids and quick reference video's to help remind them of the position and it's overall function within ICS. Great refresher for those that haven't been activated in a while.
Easily switch between devices and platforms as you move about, the site keeps track of your checklist. In addition, your site can be signed in from any device without firewall or IT issues, great for sharing with supporting agencies.
